I’m pretty excited! What started out on a whim a few months ago has now become what I’m super passionate about! Maybe that’s how things need to get started, when they are truly from the heart? I remember saying to our daughter Zara, “wouldn’t it be great to get a group of friends together to do some of this yoga we’ve been doing together?” And here I am, a few months later, and I have this super exciting class that I’m teaching that is so much more than yoga, it is teaching kids to connect to their hearts and to have fun too! I’m super excited about it because the parents get to do the class with the kids and then we all have a picnic together and get to know one another more and support each other and then play in the park.
I’ve just started a blog/website about it, so that people who are interested can get more information and as a tool to let parents know about upcoming classes and about how to use the stuff we do in the class as tools for every day life: http://playingfromtheheartkidsconnect.com/ !!! Yay!
If you would have told me that I would be teaching a kids class, even 6 months ago, I wouldn’t have believed it. I always felt so shy inside and now I’m starting to see that none of that was me, that the more I release through the energy work I do, the more free I am to live from my heart and to be my true self, less limited by beliefs and judgements. If I can help even one child live from their heart and not get lost in this world, then it will be worth it! It already is worth it. I just know that this is exactly what the world needs right now, as we see so many shifts happening, a brilliant way to stay connected to ourselves is to find our hearts and to breathe in all the love that is right inside us, that was always right there, we just didn’t know about it. And now, I’m going to teach the kids about it, they already know it’s there (we all did at one point), it’s just teaching them to use it to support themselves, and then of course, the parents will likely catch on too, and that’s the beautiful bonus of doing the class as a family!
That’s it for me for now! I wanted to share the excitement! Tee hee, did I mention I’m excited?
